Carleton Cornish has spent 47 years in the high tech industry in a variety of sales, technical training and management roles, 28 of those years with Oracle Corporation. He has written and delivered CX training since 1999 and has also delivered business intelligence, billing and revenue management, Oracle Application Framework, Fusion Application Development and Oracle CX Sales Cloud courses. Carleton is the Oracle CX Cloud Delivery Lead with primary responsibility for the digital content in the Oracle CX Sales and Oracle Subscription Management Cloud Learning Subscriptions.
