If you're paying for the degree yourself, you won’t be billed upfront for the whole degree. Instead, you can pay as you go - each time you take a course, you’ll just pay for that course, unless your fees are paid directly by your employer, sponsor or with the help of a student loan.
UK students may be able to apply for a government-backed loan from the Student Loans Company (with specific terms and conditions for online courses). If you're in receipt of funding you are required to pay in line with the University's standard payment policy - you can't choose to pay module-by-module. Find out more about UK student loans.
If you’re a graduate of the University of Leeds (or an affiliated institution), you may be eligible for a 10% tuition bursary.
If you’re currently working in a data or statistics-related role, your employer might be willing to help fund your master’s degree. If your employer or another third party are funding your studies, you are required to pay in line with the University's standard payment policy - you can't choose to pay module-by-module and you'll need to provide a sponsor confirmation letter as part of your application.
