Excellent content - explains complex concepts in simple words. Though i had prior knowledge of statistics and i undertook this course as part of the Foundation in Data science course, i found this excellent content.

The material is very, very superior. The pop-up quizzes are a great way to keep attention hooked. The end of topic quizzes require comprehensive understanding of the topic.

It was not an easy course for me due to my background, but the content is really well explained. I now want to learn more about the statistics.

I'm relatively disappointed by this course since it presents a lot of information but is missing exercises to better understand the concepts and the pitfalls of data analysis. There is almost no math explanation behind the concepts. After having finished the course, I have the impression to have barely scratched the surface of statistics and I am missing a trustful understanding.

This is a very pathetic very slow learner who asks to read the entire book or a report just to understand and give the answer. Methodology is very poor in this case and it is not an Introduction to statistics. Introduction: To make it clear to others who don't know anything about statistics in this course, only a very short descriptive method is used at the start, which doesn't give any clear idea of what to do next. It is only the name Standford University; it is better not to use it; look for another course.

This is absolutely not an introduction. It is barely even a review. I had to spend a lot of time looking up resources elsewhere to get me through it. The lectures do not sufficiently prepare you for the tests at the end of each module. At best, it gives structure for someone who needs a refresher, but there surely must be better Coursera options out there.

There are soo many mathematical errors and in general the course is rushed and full of mistakes. There appears to have been little to no cross examination of the modules otherwise the mistakes would have been corrected! There is also no help at all in the discussion forum from the Professor himself. I would not recommend!!

Badly explained, badly written, not enough (or really any) practice on the concepts, etc. This appears to be a beginner class for one week and then rushes through Bayesian statistics in 10 minutes. Extremely poor class. Not recommended.

The videos do not help with undersatanding how to answer the quiz questions at all aside from the more basic topics (first 3 or 4 modules). After that I just feel like I'm not learning anything anymore...Please restructure this course.

I joined this course as a part of my data science journey. You told me this is a free certificate course but after completing the course You are asking to pay money for the certificate. How fair is it? I'm not getting.

This course needs alot of improvement, a lot of information is just thrown at the learner with no explanation but rather narration . I found myself going to outside sources to understand the information

Now coursera lets you to take all the tests for free and at the end tells to buy the certificate. A good trick.
